Mother Nature has spoiled us here in NW Arkansas the past few days. The weather has been less like February and more like April with temps in the mid 60s. After being snowed in for about two weeks prior to this, there was no way that we were going to stay inside this weekend. Friday afternoon Sarah and I went out to a couple of our spots and took down some stands. The task of taking down stands is not that fun, but someone has to do it.
Here are some other Photos that Sarah took while we were out...
We decided to go shed hunting on Saturday. Our hopes were high because we hadn't been in a couple of weeks. We left the house at about 6:45 and started hunting at around 9:00.
We walked for about 31/2 hours before we found our first shed. It wasn't a very big one but still a good find. When you start getting tired, finding a shed can really give you a boost of energy to keep going.
Here are some more photos from shed hunting in the morning...
When out shed hunting, these are the things that I like to see. Shed hunting also gives us a great chance to do some scouting for next year.
After a full day of searching, Sarah finally found our 2nd and final shed of the day.
It wasn't a very big one either but we still had a great time looking. I love being able to get outside, walk around and take in God's wonderful creations. There's really nothing better than getting out and enjoying nature. We had a great weekend and hopefully the weather will allow us to do this again soon.

I know what you mean about the stands. For some reason taking them down usually falls to me :(. lol. Nice pics from your shed hunting.
Great Pics Matt! Looks like a great day!
Beautiful pictures and congrats on finding sheds. We haven't had much luck yet but I'm not giving up!
Taking down stands can be a pain in the butt sometimes. Very nice pics and congrats on finding the sheds.
